Mai Tai

In a shaker tin, with ice:

• 1 oz. aged rum

• 1 oz. dark rum

• 1 oz. lime juice

• 3/4 oz. orgeat

• 1/4 oz. curacao or triple sec

Shake and strain into cocktail glass. Add 8 drops Crude Bitters to top.
