** Order by 12/16 2pm EST for delivery by 12/25 **

We strongly recommend shipping Priority.

  • DEC. 1-23: Orders placed Mon-Fri by 2pm EST ship same day.

  • DEC. 24-30: Orders placed after 12/23 3pm EST will ship 12/31.

  • DEC. 31 - JAN. 4: Orders placed after 12/31 2pm EST will ship 1/5.

First Class shipments will deal with delays.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • We are not responsible for items returned to us due to insufficient and/or incorrect shipping addresses. Additional shipping fees will be charged to re-ship items.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages, If you suspect your package was stolen, please let us know within 1-2 days and we can attempt to work with USPS/UPS. Items can be replaced if a successful claim is submitted.

FIRST CLASS / GROUND SAVER SHIPMENTS:

We cannot give an update on possible delivery times for these packages. If you see the following descriptions, please know that items are in transit:

  • Pre-Shipment

  • Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item

  • In Transit, arriving late.

  • The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.
